The 2026 SC Sweet Potato Festival marks its 43rd annual event on Saturday, October 10, 2026. This exciting one-day festival has delighted residents and visitors alike and is one of area’s largest event, drawing over 8,000 attendees each year.
The festival takes up the Downtown Darlington Public Square, and the festival grounds are open from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The SC Sweet Potato Festival has FREE admission, and visitors are encouraged to park in one of the FREE parking locations located around downtown Darlington.

Portable restrooms are located throughout the festival grounds and can be found near the Kids Zone and in the alleyway beside the old Wells Fargo building.
