The SC Sweet Potato Festival will feature a variety of vendors on the Public Square in Downtown Darlington. Applications are now open. Apply now and showcase your best this fall.
Become a Vendor
Vendors must submit applications beginning on June 1, 2026. The deadline to submit all vendor types is September 18, 2026. Late fees are in effect as of September 19, 2026. Vendor space runs out quickly, and vendors are encouraged to get applications in early.
All vendors, except nonprofit organizations, are required to obtain a Darlington City Business License and SC Retail License, which must be displayed on-site.
Applications are only accepted via the online form. Please send proof of business license to Krista Abbott via email at darlingtonpilots@gmail.com
Vendor fees must be paid before an application is considered complete and spaces are reserved. All checks should be made out to Pilot Club of Darlington.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO YOUR INABILITY TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL FOR ANY REASON. No refunds will be issued due to any disruption or interruption of the festival as a result of weather or any cause beyond the control of the Pilot Club of Darlington.
